Auto Insurance

Auto insurance protects against a potential financial loss in the case of an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium, and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy. California requires a policy to carry minimum coverage of $15,000/$30,000 in liability and $5,000 in property damage. If you’re financing or leasing your vehicle, the lienholder may require added coverage such as comprehensive and collision. Would you be able to pay $35,000 out of pocket if you had an accident today?

Whether you’re hitting the winter trails, taking a summer road trip, or just driving the daily commute, we can help you find the right insurance for you.

An auto insurance policy is comprised of six different base coverages with other coverages that can be added for an additional premium.

Auto Insurance Coverages:

Liability - insurance for injuries caused by you to others while operating a motor vehicle
Property Damage - insurance covering damage to property (other vehicles) by you while operating a motor vehicle.
Medical - covers treatment to injuries of driver and passengers of the policyholder’s car in the event of an accident
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Protection – covers the cost of damages and injuries caused by a driver who was not insured or was inadequately insured.
Collision – insures the policyholder from loss during a collision with another vehicle or object.
Comprehensive – protection for the policyholder’s car from damage and loss resulting from incidents other than collision (fire, theft, vandalism).
